VIOLIN EXAM RESULTS IM GONNA WRITE EVERYTHING I CAN DECIPHER THAT THE EXAMINER SAID ABOUT EVERY SECTION
FIRST SONG: tempo was suitable and there was careful observation of the dynamics. quicker notes need to be more clearly defined and picolo? what the hell. haha could be seen better centered. it was often a little slump, detractions how the imprression
ok i dont understand dwhat he was saying! anyway 24/30
SECOND SONG: this has same response in the mood and the tempo was well-judged. some quicker notes could here been more distinct, though harmonic notes were successful. a culler tone would have been given furhter score for something something
24/30 again!
THIRD SONG: tone was much more varied and substantial for air. which had quite a telilng atmosphere. the pizzicato was confident, well shaped and rhythmic, completing a plegms and recepttive recurrence -well done
29/30 HAHA TAKE THAT MS CHU! you said my pizzicato suckeddddd.
SCALES: these were accurate at a good even pace and use well in time, with a well rounded tone. the response was prompt. farther musical slope may be found
18/21 so practicing helps
SIGHT READING: quick and virutally accurate. this could have been just a little more distinct.
18/21 you gotta be kidding me! i screwed this one!
AURAL TESTS: test a was correct at the second attempt (: cool! haha. B was correct except for one note. C was accurate except that period was classical not romantic
i didnt study the periods so i just picked one that it sounded like :O too bad romantic and classical sound so different
14/18
ADDITIONAL COMMENTS: well deserved high merit! future perfomances aim to settle your something from the start. you merely slowed your true capabilites. good luck!
im sure that was the best i could give!
DRUM ROLL
total: 128/150
verdict: MERIT! missed distinction by two though!
